Anyone who wants to use AI tools confidently in workshops needs more than just basic knowledge. In this two-day training, participants learn how to purposefully use AI as support in workshops—from idea generation to structuring and preparing results.

In addition to practical application, the training also takes a critical look at the opportunities and limitations of AI. All participants receive a Thinkers Garden “AI Expertise in Workshops” certificate.

Workshops thrive on interpersonal energy, creative collaboration, and focused thinking. But as soon as participants start staring at screens, this dynamic is lost.

The AI Human Agent, an AI professional from the Thinkers Garden team, attends a workshop as an additional expert. They handle specific questions by inputting them into AI tools and provide neutral, AI-generated input to the workshop team.

This allows participants to fully focus on content, free thinking, and discussion—while still receiving targeted, AI-based support.
